On , Canadian Space Agency (CSA) astronaut David Saint-Jacques departed for the International Space Station (ISS) alongside his Expedition 58 crewmates: Anne C. McClain and Oleg Kononenko.
They joined the Expedition 57 crew. Serena Auñón-Chancellor of NASA, Sergey Prokopyev of Roscosmos and Alexander Gerst of the European Space Agency (ESA) returned to Earth on December 20. David and his Expedition 58 crewmates made up a reduced three-person crew until mid-March 2019.
The successful landing on June 24, 2019, at 10:47 p.m. ET, marks the end of the longest Canadian astronaut mission to date (204 days).
