What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept two major credit cards, Visa and MasterCard, as well as money orders. If you choose to mail us a money order, be sure to include a printout of the Checkout screen after you have chosen the items you would like to purchase, and all the requested information including telephone number and e-mail address. How secure is the information that I provide you?
What order deadlines are in place for special days like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.?
For recognized holidays, we require 15 business days prior to the holiday for shipments within Canada and the United States.
Can I cancel my order anytime?
If you have chosen not to purchase the items in your Shopping Cart, you can remove some or all products by clicking on the Recycle Bin icon to the right of the product description. By doing this, your Shopping Cart and sub-total will then reflect your decision. Once you order has been completed, you will only have the opportunity to cancel or change the order providing it has not yet been shipped. Are the prices the same online as they are in your boutiques?
Yes, we do our best to ensure that prices online are identical to those in our stores, however, it is possible that we feature items online at special online prices which may not be honoured in our stores. Please check our Specials category for all items that are currently on sale. Should you need to check whether an online sale item price is honoured in one our stores, please feel free to contact us.
Can I make a purchase under my tax-exempt status?
Ingenium requires documentation at the time of purchase regarding tax-exempt status. Since this is not possible online, we cannot honour any exemptions based on your tax-exempt status. We do suggest however that you contact the appropriate government agency to obtain refund information.
What should I do if the item is out of stock?
While we do our best to ensure that all items on the online catalogue are in stock, it is possible that we might run out of stock on an item. Should this be the case, a notification will advise you that the item you are viewing is out of stock and you will not be able to purchase the item at that time. We suggest that you call us as it is possible that the item be available. Please visit the site often as we are constantly replenishing and acquiring stock.
Do you have a hard copy of your catalogue that you can mail to me?
No. We do not have any plans to create a hard copy of the catalogue.
