Yes, we do our best to ensure that prices online are identical to those in our stores, however, it is possible that we feature items online at special online prices which may not be honoured in our stores. Please check our Specials category for all items that are currently on sale. Should you need to check whether an online sale item price is honoured in one our stores, please feel free to contact us.
Ingenium requires documentation at the time of purchase regarding tax-exempt status. Since this is not possible online, we cannot honour any exemptions based on your tax-exempt status. We do suggest however that you contact the appropriate government agency to obtain refund information.
While we do our best to ensure that all items on the online catalogue are in stock, it is possible that we might run out of stock on an item. Should this be the case, a notification will advise you that the item you are viewing is out of stock and you will not be able to purchase the item at that time.
