Delivery of items depends on various factors such as which shipping method you choose, the shipping location, and when you order is received by Ingenium. Due to the current pandemic, there may be a delay in processing times. Please note that business days and delivery days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Canadian holidays.
We attempt to deliver anywhere in the world. However, shipment of items to certain countries or remote locations may not be possible or may require special delivery arrangements with additional charges. If you do not see your country as an option to ship to, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help.
As an International customer, it is possible that you are charged customs duties on any shipment not delivered within Canada. We are not responsible for the commissioning or collection of any fees which may be incurred. We suggest that you contact your local post office or customs officials for more information on charges that may be affiliated with your International shipment.
Yes. When you go to checkout, you will be required to fill out some basic personal information. At this location, you are given the choice to ship to the same address given or ship to a second address. This is a superb way to send a gift to someone!
Yes. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we require that you e-mail us with the following information: your name, address or ship-to address if different, postal code / zip code and order number. You will be asked to ship the product(s) to us. Once we have received the product(s) in our Warehouse, we will send you a replacement order and will reimburse the return shipping charges on your credit card.
Yes. All parcels leaving our Warehouse have been insured to provide compensation for the loss or damage of mailable items until they have been received by you, the customer. For more information on what is not insurable, please refer to the Canada Post website.
